I would like to see a template of a tribal constitution that is easy to understand and has the basics.
(I am not familiar with the
governments of Indian Nations in the US except from a great distance.)
It is all right if I look at more than one to compare the complexity.
I have American descendency in the Southeast and know I am part-Choctaw.
My grandparents families were living in southern Mississippi when each of my grandparents were born.

I really enjoyed the conference in Reno, NE. However, I thought that it was a little spendy. However, the rooms were excellent as well as the meeting facilities.

I heard a few speakers talk about promoting tribal businesses, entrepreneurs, etc. If were going to spend this much money on a non-indian business I would think that we should be spending our money at Indian Casinos that have accomodations and/or Indian resort destinations. I need the ordanice on tero law.The wording. like, IF a tribal member has the equipment,crew to complete a contract then that compony would be awarded that contract. OR If their are three or more tribal contractors. All non tribal contractors are excluded. The act of congress 1834,1911,1974 ect.
