The goal of the Native Construction Careers Initiative (N.C.C.I.) is to assist Native Americans living on reservations to develop the skills they need to enable them to obtain jobs and establish long-term careers in the construction trades - jobs that will provide them with good wages, health insurance, and pensions.

To accomplish this, the Council for Tribal Employment Rights has partnered with all thirteen Building & Trades Unions to tap their unparalleled expertise in training construction workers. We are Building Futures and Changing Lives.
